2020 Information & Deadlines
New Registration Details
- As of 2020 new pricing has been implemented. Booths highlighted in BLUE will cost $1125.00. Booths highlighted in GOLD will cost $1000.00. Booths not available with be grey (see map on registration form).
- Companies requesting multiple booths will be given first consideration. Exhibitors who have participated in the past will be given second consideration. First time exhibitors will be allocated last – unless they are partnering with a previous exhibitor.>
- NO GUARANTEE OF BOOTH SPACE WILL BE GIVEN WITH OUT FULL PAYMENT

- Trade Show 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Fees are fully refundable prior to July 6, 2020. Fees are 50% refundable between
July 7, 2020 and August 4, 2020. .
There are no refunds for cancellations received after August 4, 2020. All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.
Badges are mandatory for access to the exhibit hall. Badges can be picked up during the booth set-up or at the expo registration desk
Lunch will be available for pick-up between 11:00am and 1:30pm. You will be advised of the location on September 17, 2020.
No lectures will be held during the lunch break
Booths may not be dismantled prior to 5:00PM on September 18th.
All materials must be in the booth before 8:00AM on Friday September 18. Spaces abandoned or not occupied by 8:30AM on Friday September 18 may be repossessed by the NWDE, without indemnity, and reassigned.
Security will be present overnight and during the next day.
