Personal information like your name, address, phone number and e-mail address is obtained only when voluntarily submitted when you sign up as a member, register for NWDE or one of our scientific sessions, or to apply for a trade show booth. Information that you supply will relate to the customer relationship that the Edmonton and District Dental Society (EDDS) has with you.

How We Use It

The EDDS will use your personal information to mail product to you and to request additional information to fulfill the order and payment process if necessary. We also use the information you supply to notify you about events, and important news concerning the EDDS.

We will not sell, rent or lease to others addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.
